  ( B ) 10 percent post – Departmental Divisional staff participation to : – originally appointed such dressers , who has admitted on the first day as 7 years of service completed and the secondary Education Council of High School Test science and agriculture as a subject or equivalent recognized by the government has to pass an exam .
