Eligibility Criteria-

1)      Educational-

• a) bachelor’s degree in associated stream for Graduate Apprentice

• b) Diploma in the relevant stream for technician Apprentice

• c) M.Sc/ M.Tech in the allied stream for the post of JRF

2)  Age- he/she she should not be more than 35 years as on 30/11/2013 for first and second post. For post number three, he/she should be in between 18-38 years

Educational requirement-

A) he/she must have a master’s degree in Information science/ library science with not less then or aggregate to 55% or equivalent course with a minimum B grade in the seven point scale of UGC along with stable positive academic background required for this job.

B) he/she had a minimum experience of 12-13 years working as Deputy Librarian in a huge university / 18 years experience as a librarian in college.

C) Proof of knowledge of innovative service in library/ educational organization of any published work

D) PH.D degree/ M.Phil in Information Science/ documentation/ Library Science/ manuscript-keeping/ achieves is highly recommended.

E) Should have earned a score 400 stipulated points in API relied on PBAS according to Appendix III set in 2010

Pay scale-

Rs. 37000- 67000 and with academic background pay Rs. 10000
