Eligibility criteria:

Age:

a) he/she may not be above 42 years for the post of Deputy Registrar.

b)      He/she may not be above 45 years for the post of Assistant Librarian, Private Secretary/Graphic Designer.

c)      He/she may not be above 35 years for the post of Assistant Registrar/ Section Officer.

d)     He/she may not be above 40 years for the post of Accountant.

e)      He/she may not be above 32 years for Personal Assistant post.

 

Education required and Salary offered:

a)      Professor- he/she should have done PhD along with at least 60% marks in Bachelor’s or Master’s level, that too in Architecture discipline or Planning Discipline. Should have minimum 10 years teaching experience or 10 years experience in professional work or post Doctoral Research. Salary of 37,400-67000 + AGP 10,000 will be given to the selected candidates.

b)      Associate Professor- he/she should have done PhD along with at least 60% marks in Bachelor’s or Master’s level, that too in Architecture discipline or Planning Discipline or in related field. Should have at least 8 years experience in Post Doctoral Research or teaching or Professional work. Salary of 18,600- 42,100 +AGP 6000 is the pay scale.

c)    Assistant Professor- He/ she should have done masters in Architectural Discipline or planning discipline or in the related field. Pay scale of 13,600-39,100 will be given to this category post.

d)    Deputy Registrar- He/she should have minimum 55% marks in Mater’s or in the equivalent stream in the seven point scale of UGC and should possess 9 years experience of being Assistant Professor with minimum pay of Rs. 6000 and also some experience in the educational administration field. Selected candidate will get a salary of Rs. 15,600-39,100 along with AGP of Rs. 5400.

e)    Assistant Registrar-  He/she should have minimum 55% marks in Mater’s or in the equivalent stream in the seven point scale of UGC of Grade B and should possess 5 years experience of being Section Officer or of same level job and also some experience in the   establishment or educational administration field.

f)     Section Officer- He/she should have master’s degree through recognized university along with an experience of 5 continuous year’s service in any University. Pay scale here is Rs. 9300-34800 with AGP Rs. 4800.

g)    Assistant librarian- he/she should have master’s degree in the library or Information or Documentation Science or some similar degree with minimum 55% marks with good academic record and knowledge of computers too. Pay scale here is Rs. 16,600- 39,100 with AGP of Rs. 6000.

h)    Private Secretary- he/she should be a graduate from a recognized university with 3 years personal assistant that too in either state or central government/PSU/reputed Autonomous body. Pay scale here is Rs. 9300- 34,800 with AGP of Rs.4200.

i)      Senior Technical/Graphic Designer Assistant- he/she should have master’s degree in designing /PG Diploma in design along with an experience of 2 years in the publishing house and required working knowledge in this field. Pay scale here is Rs. 9300-34800 with AGP of Rs. 4600.

j)      Accountant- he/she should be M.Com with good marks and has 3 years Audit/Accounts/finance/stores experience in semi or full government/autonomous body. Pay scale here is Rs. 9300- 34,800 and AGP is Rs. 4200.

k)    Personal Assistant- He/she should have bachelor’s degree in secretary practice/ diploma in Secretary with speed in typing of 100/40 words per minute in computers and 3 year clerical work experience. Pay scale here is Rs. 9300-34800 with AGP Rs.4800.

 

Fee Structure:

For faculty post a sum of Rs 100 for General/OBC and for the non faculty post a sum of Rs 500 for General/OBC is payable via DD from any Nationalized Bank to School of Planning And Architecture, Vijayawada, payable at Vijayawada

Procedure of selection: it will be based on written examination.

Educational requirement: Applying person should have completed Class X/SSC from the recognized Board/ School. Those who do not have the degree as on the deadline date of receiving applications are not eligible to apply.

Fee Structure:

An amount of Rupees 100 is payable as CRFS or Central Recruitment Fee Stamps. It is available at all counters of country’s departmental Post Offices these stamps should be pasted on the application form at the place which is earmarked for this reason and had to got canceled via issued post office along with the stamp date of the same post office.

Candidates who are applying online should do the payment via SBI or State Bank of India via Challan issued by net banking of SBI. The examination fee is exempted for those who belong to SC, ST, PH, Ex- Serviceman and women.

 

Selection Process:

  • Candidates need to take the Written Test (Paper 1 and Paper 2).
  • The Paper 1 will be objective type in nature while the Paper 2 will be descriptive in nature. Those who qualify the Paper 1 will be allowed to take Paper 2 only.
  • Paper 2 marks will not be added to prepare the merit list. The final selection of the candidates will be done through merit list that will depend upon number of vacancies and categories
