TO BE FILLED UP ON PROMOTION / DEPUTATION BASIS:
1. The candidates applying for the post must have the following qualifications:
(i) The minimum qualification is a graduate degree preferably in Economics, Commerce, Engineering, Chartered Accountancy or MBA;
(ii) The officers working in the level of Executive Director in Public Sector Banks and the ED working in the Repco Bank, would be eligible;
(iii) The candidate must have completed two years of service as Executive Director as on 1st September 2018;
(iv) The age of superannuation for the post is 62 years.
(v) The applicant should have residual service of minimum three years i.e. the age of the applicant should not be more than 59 years as on 1st September 2018.
(vi) Applicant should possess proven management, leadership and innovative skills to lead an inspired team;
(vii) The applicant should have adequate knowledge and experience in all types of banking activities including Merchant Banking, Hire Purchase, Leasing, Bill Discounting, Bridge Finance, Micro-financing, Information Technology etc.,
2. Pay Scale: The selected candidate will draw pay in the scale of Rs.2,05,400/- to Rs.2,24,400/- plus all usual admissible allowances & perquisites.
3. Period of deputation: In case of deputation, the period will be for three years.
Age: The age of superannuation for the post is 62 years
