1. Role & Responsibilities:
a. Develop new and modify existing product to ensure enhanced market share for the bank
b. Enhance Process to improve efficiencies
c. Ensure consistent competition landscaping
d. Responsible for Portfolio Targets and Disbursement Growth
e. Branch Activation Enhancement
2. Job specific skills:
a. Product management with an eye on the portfolio quality
b. Relationship management with various OEMs
c. Finance Acumen
d. Market intelligence in the rural market
3 .Educational Qualifications: Preferably MBA. Minimum Experience: Min 12 years of relevant experience with Bank/NBFC//manufacturer
4 .Location of posting: As detailed in the Advertisement The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) within the organization / parent organization / any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed necessary. Candidate is liable to be transferred to any other location in India
