- Pay Scale :
1. Officer Middle Management : Rs. 39,300 per month.
2. Officer Junior Management : Rs. 29,350 per month
3. Office Assistant : Rs. 16,250 per month.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Age limit :
1. For Manager post : Candidate age should be Above 21 years but below 32 years (Twenty-one to Thirty-two years).
2. For Assistant manager post : Candidate age should be Above 18 years but below 28 years (Eighteen to Twenty-eight years) Note: Candidate born should be earlier than 03.07.1985 and later than 30.06.1995
3. For Office Assistant post: Candidate age is necessary between 18-28 years (Eighteen to Twenty-eight years)
Note: Candidate born should be earlier than 02.07.1985 and later than 01.07.1995
- Educational Qualification :
1. For Manager post: Candidate should have got the Degree in any Discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with an minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate.
2. For Assistant Manager post: Candidate should have got Bachelor Degree from any recognized University in any Discipline or its equivalent. Also Candidate must have got the proficiency in Local language and computer knowledge or awareness .
3. For Office Assistant post: Candidate should have got Bachelor Degree of a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent . Also Candidate must have proficiency in local language and knowledge of computer skills.
- Selection Process :
Selection process will be done on the basis of performance in RRB’s-Common Written Examination which is (CWE-II) conducted by IBPS in Sept/Oct 2013 and Personal Interview.
