Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (IGRMS) invited the application for the recruitment of Accounts Officer, Stenographer & Other vacancies on temporary basis. 5. Senior Stenographer (Group-B): 02 Posts
6. Stenographer (Group-C): 01 Post
7. Junior Clerk (Group-C):01 Post
Age Limit:
- Candidates for S.NO should not exceed 56, 30 years for the direction recruitment
- 56 for the deputation for S.No 2,3
- 30 years for S.No-4
- 35 years for the direct recruitment
- 56 for Deputation for S.No-5
- Relaxation up to 35 years to employees of Autonomous Organisation of Central Govt. for S.No-6
- 18-26 years relaxation up to 35 years to Govt. Servant/ employees of Autonomous Organisation of Central Govt. for S.No-7
Note: Age relaxation will be given as per the rule.
Educational Qualification:
- Junior Accounts Officer/ Divisional Accounts Officer Grade I Section Officer/ Divisional Accounts Officer Grade II for S.No-1, Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application & PG Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Application for S.No-2,
- Application for S.No-2, M.Sc (Ag.)
- Horticulture for S.No-3
- Masters Degree in Anthropology for S.No-4
- Metric or its equivalent for S.No- 5
- Matric or Equivalent for S.No-6 & 7 from a recognized university or Board
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis and written test/skill test
Application Fee: Candidates will have to pay Rs. 100/- (for OBC/ General candidates). A demand draft of the given amount should be made in the favour of Director, IGRMS, payable at Bhopal. No fee for SC/ ST/ PH candidates.
How to Apply?
Eligible candidates can send their application in a suggested format by affixing their recent passport size photograph along with the two recent passport size photographs and all copies of the relevant certificates should be self attested and it putting into an envelope (11x 5 cm). Envelope should be superscribed with the “Application for the post applied for___” should reach to the Director, Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya, Post Bag No.2, Shamla Hills, Bhopal- 462003 within 60 days from the date of advertisement.”
