Qualification in Details:
Officers under the Central/State Governments:-
(a) (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis; or
(ii) with five years regular service in the post in the scale of Rs. 8000-13500 (Pre-revised) or equivalent; or
(iii) with six years regular service in the post in the scale of Rs. 7500-12000 (Pre-revised) or equivalent; or
(iv) with eight years regular service in the post in the scale of Rs. 6500-10500 (Pre-revised) or equivalent; and
(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:-
(i) Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent;
(ii) five years experience in applied Engineering in the field of Irrigation and Water utilization and/or in the Surveys, Investigations, Design, Construction, Operation and Maintenance and Monitoring of Water Resources Projects/ works.
