Eligible Criteria for EPI Recruitment:

Educational Qualification by the job profiles:

• For Deputy General Manager : 2 years Full Time Post Graduate Dip/MBA (Pers. Mgmt/HR/MSW) etc. (Minimum 55% marks).
• For Manager GR-II:Should have BE/B. Tech or AMIE (Electronics & Communication Engineering) or equivalent qualification with the Minimum 55% marks.
• For Assistant Manager: Candidate should have BE/B. Tech or AMIE (Electronics & Communication Engineering) or equivalent qualification with the Minimum 55% marks.
• For Management Trainee- (Company secretary): A candidate should have ACS with Minimum 55% marks in graduation.

Nationality: Indian

Age Limit: (as on 18.08.2016) by job categories

• For Deputy General Manager: 43 Years
• For Manager GR-II: 33 Years
• For Assistant Manager : 30 Years
• For Management Trainee: 28 years

Age Relaxation by the caste category:

• For OBC Candidates: 3 Years
• For SC/ST Candidates: 5 Years
• For PWD Candidates: 10 Years

Job Location: New Delhi
