- For Medical Officer : The pay scale for candidate is Rs. 20,000/-
- For Pharmacist : The pay scale for Candidate is Rs. 10,000/-
- For ANM : The pay scale for Candidate is Rs. 15000/-
Eligibility Criteria :
- Age limit :
Candidates age is necessary between (18-70) Eighteen to Seventy years as on 14.01.2014.
- Educational Qualification :
1. For Medical Officer Candidates must possess BAMS/BHMS/BUMS from a recognized University.
2. For Pharmacist Candidates must possess Bachelor of Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy .
3. For ANM Candidate must possess completed Multipurpose Health (Female) course from a recognized Nursing Training Institute or Indian Nursing Council.

Selection will be made on the basis of personal interview.
