1. Director (Project & Planning):
a. Job Description & Responsibilities: He / She will be overall responsible for all construction activities, planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling of preliminary and final designs, tendering, civil works and track works, contract administration, monitoring of construction and commissioning, etc. He will also be responsible for project monitoring, interface management, quality assurance and safety, cost control of works under his charge, land acquisition, rehabilitation of project affected persons / business, utility and traffic diversions, etc., required for construction works. He shall also be responsible for planning extension of the Project lines.
b. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Desirable Qualification: MBA or Master’s Degree in relevant field.
c. Experience Essential Experience (Govt/Non-Govt): Experience in railway/metro construction or construction in large infrastructure projects of the Government or PSEs.
d. Desirable Experience: 25 years in Group ‘A’ Service in Central Government / Central PSEs / Metro Rail Corporations, out of which 5 years in SAG or equivalent grade.
e. Retirement Age: 60 years; extendable by maximum 2 years at discretion of the Board.
f. Remuneration Rs.3.00 lakhs (Three lakhs) per month (i.e.Rs.2.75 lakhs pay and Rs.25,000 HRA) + other allowances.
2 .DIRECTOR (ROLLING STOCK, S & T, ELECTRICAL:
a. Job Description & Responsibilities: He / she will be responsible for the overall planning of System works for the project including finalization of Technical specifications, design and architecture, tendering for system works, contracting, overall project administration. Monitoring of construction, Integrated Testing and Commissioning, Project monitoring, interface management, quality assurance, safety and cost control for systems, comprising of Rolling Stock, Signaling, Telecommunication, Traction, Power Systems and Electrical/Mechanical works at Stations, etc.
b. Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical or Electronics & Communication Engineering. Desirable Qualification: MBA or Master’s Degree in relevant field.
c. Experience Essential Experience (Govt. / Non-Govt.): Experience in rolling stock or railway/metro electrification or signaling and telecommunication of railway/metro projects.
d. Desirable Experience: 25 years in Group ‘A’ Service in Central Government / Central PSEs / Metro Rail Corporations, out of which 5 years in SAG or equivalent grade.
Age: 45 years minimum and 57 years maximum.
