Qualification – Masters degree in Horticulture/ Plant Pathology/ Environmental Microbiology/ Agricultural Microbiology from a recognized university or equivalent.
Desirable Qualification – Working experiences in diseases of horticultural crops, bio fungicides / bio fertilizer production.
General Instruction :-
1. The candidates are requested to bring the necessary essential qualification certificates and a Photostat copy along with the prescribed form (given at Annexure-l).
2. Engagement period: The post is purely temporary on a contractual basis for duration mentioned above from the date of joining under the project. The engagement to the above post shall stand automatically terminated with the project. However, the engagement can be extended in case the project duration is extended by the funding agency subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate.
3. The selected candidate (s) shall not claim regular appointment at this Institute, as the post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.
4. The candidates should bring the filled-in application form (as per the format annexed), all the original certificates from matriculation onward, date of birth certificate, degree certificate either original or provisional and one set of the self-attested photocopies of all the required certificates from matriculation onward and an attested copy of recent passport size photograph pasted onto the application form. Proof of experience and publications also need to be submitted.
5. No TA/DA will be paid to candidate for attending the interview.
6. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature.
7. In case if any candidate intending to appear for the interview has his near or distant relatives working in ICAR-CISH, Lucknow, he/ she has to declare his/her name, designation, nature of duties, and relationship in writing on the date of the interview.
8. In any case, the decision of the Director will be final and binding in all respects.
