Educational Qualification Requirement- A candidate should be graduate from the recognized university or must hold at least 10+2 and three years of degree/diploma in hotel management and catering technology from any government recognized institute. Candidates with 10+2 and at least one year’s experience in passenger interface in Airline or Hospitality can also apply.
Language Known- Candidate must be fluent in Language English and Hindi. S Candidates having fluency in any Foreign Language of destination where Air India operates will be given preference.
Physical Standards: Female should be 160 cms and Male should be minimum 172 cms in height
Selection Process- Eligible candidates will have to go through a Group Dynamics and personality assessment test (GD and PAT) at the venues decided by Air India Limited.
