Qualification in Details:

1. Soldier General Duty:

a .Physical: Height (g) (cms) – 168, Weight (Kg) – 50 & Chest (cms) – 77 (+5cms Expansion)

b. Education: SSLC/Matric with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. No aggregate percentage required for higher qualification ie 10+2 and above, however minimum 33% in each subject required. *For Goa candidates only

2. Soldier Technical:

a. Physical: Height (g) (cms) – 167, Weight (Kg) – 50 & Chest (cms) – 76/*77 (+5 cms Expansion)

b. Education: 10+2/ Intermediate Exam pass in Science with Physics Chemistry Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject. *For Goa candidates only

3. Soldier Technical (Aviation/ Ammunition Examiner):

a. Physical: Height (g) (cms) – 167, Weight (Kg) – 50 & Chest (cms) – 76/*77 (+5 cms Expansion)

b. Education: 10+2/ Intermediate Exam pass in Science with Physics Chemistry Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject. OR Three year diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automobile / Computer Science/ Electronic & Instrumentation. *For Goa candidates only

4. Soldier Nursing Assistant / Nursing Assistant Veterinary:

a .Physical: Height (g) (cms) – 167, Weight (Kg) – 50 & Chest (cms) – 76/*77 (+5 cms Expansion)

b. Education: 10+2/ Intermediate Exam pass in Science with Physics Chemistry Biology and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in compulsory Subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English). OR In case the candidate has a BSc Degree with (Botany/ Zoology/ Bio-Science) and English the stipulation of percentage in class 12th is waived off. However, the candidate should have studied al the four specified subjects in Class 12th also. *For Goa candidates only.

5 .Tradesman 10th & 8 th:

a. Physical: Height (g) (cms) – 168, Weight (Kg) -48 & Chest (cms) – 76 (+5cms Expansion)

b. Education: 10th / ITI (Except Syce, Mess Keeper and House Keeper who may be 8 th pass) *For Goa candidates only.

6. Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical/ Inventory Management:

a .Physical: Height (g) (cms) – 162, Weight (Kg) -50 & Chest (cms) – 77 (+5 cms Expansion)

b. Education: 10+2/ Intermediate Exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject should have studied and passed English and Maths/Accounts/Book Keeping in class 10th or Class 12th with 50% marks in each subject.

Documents
(a) Admit Card – Printed with Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size).
(b) Photograph – Twenty copies of unattested Passport size colour photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old. Computer printouts/ photoshopped photographs will NOT be accepted.
(c) Education Certificate: Education Certificates with marks sheet in original of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e Martic/Intermediate/Graduation etc from recognized School/College/Board/University. Provisional/Online education certificate should be certified ink signed by the head of the educational institution of concerned Board/University. Candidates with matric certificates from open school should bring school leaving certificate countersigned by BEO/DEO.
(d) Domicile Certificate: Domicile Certificate with photograph issued by Teshildar/District Magistrate.
(e) Caste Certificate: Caste Certificate affixed with photograph (Maharashtra State does not issue with photograph of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar/District Magistrate).
(f) Religion Certificate: Religion Certificate issued by the Teshildar/SDM (if religion as “SIKH/HINDU/MUSLIM/CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate.
(g) School Character Certificate: School character certificate issued by the School/College Principal/headmaster where the candidate last studied.
(h) Character Certificate: Character Certificate with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/Muncipal Corporation within last six months.
(j) Unmarried Certificate: Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photographs issued by village Sarpanch/Muncipal Corporation within last six months.
(k) Relationship Certificate: SOS/SOEX/SOW/SOWW candidate are required to provide the following documents :-
(i) Relationship certificate issued from respective records office only duly signed by records Officer with Personal number, Rank , Name and particular of the records officer issuing the relationship Certificate with office seal/stamp is endorsed.
(ii) Original Discharge Book of Ex-Serviceman also to be produced, Name and date of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it.
(l) NCC Certificate. NCC A/B/C certificates and Republic Day Parade certificate should have photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority Provisional NCC A/B/C pass certificates will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC Group Commanders.
(m) Sports Certificate.

Important Instructions
1. Administration Candidates are advised to bring sufficient eatables and drinking water with them since recruitment is a time consuming process.

2. Candidates will be permitted entry into the rally site only on production of Admit Card in duplicate generated online through the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Anyone found with fake admit card will be handed over to Civil Police.

3. Recruitment into the Army is a free service. Candidates are advised not to pay bribe to anyone for Recruitment as it is based purely on merit. Selection process during recruitment at all stage is computerized and transparent. Therefore, candidates are advised to be beware of touts as they cannot held them at any stage.

4. Candidates are advised to check their age & education criteria before participating in the rally. Candidates found under age/overage and not meeting education criteria will be disqualified. 10. Giving/taking bribe, production of bogus/fake certificate and indulging in unfair means is a criminal offence and liable for punishment under law. Certificates with overwriting, tampering of seals or erasing/alteration of any type will not be accepted.

5. All documents submitted by the candidates are verified by government agencies before enrolment into Army Strong legal action will be taken against individuals submitting fake documents. Even after recruitment, the service will be terminated if candidates are found to have produced fake documents are gave wrong information at the time of recruitment, despite the number of years of service individual may have rendered. No compensation for Death/Injury/loss etc during the rally and no travelling allowance/dearness allowance for journey is admissible.

6. Candidate will participate in the rally at their risk and the participation is totally and entirely voluntary.Use of Performance Enhancing Drugs. Use of any kind of performance enhancing drugs is strictly banned Candidates having been found to have used the same will be debarred from further screening.

7. Tatoo. Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearms i.e Form inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm/back (dorsal) side of hand. Permanent body tattoos on any part of the body are not acceptable and candidate will be barred from further selection.

Selection Procedure

Selection will be based on Physical Fitness Test (At Rally Site), Physical Measurement (At Rally Site), Medical Test & Written Test Through Common Entrance Examination (CEE)

Apply Procedure

Army Recruitment Rally will be held for candidates of North Goa & South Goa of Goa State and candidates from Kolhapur, Solapur, Satara, Sangli, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg districts of Maharashtra State and from 06 Dec 2018 to 16 Dec 2018 at Police Sports Ground, Kolhapur (Maharashtra) (Online registration is mandatory and will be open from 07 Oct 2018 to 20 Nov 2018). Admit cards for the rally will be sent through registered e-mail from 21 Nov 2018 to 05 Dec 2018. Candidates should reach the venue on given date and time as mentioned in the Admit Card.
