a. Educational Qualications: Graduate in Computer Engineering/BCA/MCA/ Post Graduate/ MBA from a recognised University/ Institution Any certication in Performance Marketing would be advantageous.

b. Post Qualication Experience: 1. Minimum 8 years’ experience in varied roles including Digital marketing. Experience in either Service industry or FMCG industry Preferred. 2. Core experience in product marketing using digital media platforms with specic experience in search & display, SEO, SEM and programmatic. Knowledge of inuencer marketing, email, SMS and SMM preferred.

c. Job Profile: Responsible for ·Job Prole & KRAs · Understand the brand SBI philosophy, implement and execute marketing and communication campaign for Bank’s dierent products/ services for both branding/ awareness as well as performance marketing. · Keep abreast of developments in the digital marketing sphere. · Work in close coordination with dierent stakeholders from various product teams to understand business goals and set campaign KPIs in order to penetrate right target audiences and drive business growth. · Track campaign performance against the KPIs for all media initiatives, to dene campaign success and identify improvement for future campaigns

7. Vice President (Media Strategy & Operations):

a. Educational Qualications: Post Graduate in Statistics or MBA (Marketing) from a recognised University/ Institution. Any certication in Digital Marketing would be advantageous.

b. Post Qualication Experience: 1. Minimum 8 years’ experience in varied roles in Media Strategy, Media Planning & Buying, Marcom, Market Research including New and Interactive. Experience in either Service industry or FMCG preferred. 2. Core experience in print, radio television, out of home marketing

a. Educational Qualications: Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with MBA in Marketing from recognized University/ Institute shall be preferred.

b. Post Qualication Experience: Minimum 3 years work experience in marketing & Communication/ similar domain from any industry

c. Job Profile: Responsible for · Job Prole & KRAs · Curating 360 marketing campaigns to ensure brand recall across owned, earned and paid media. · Drive customer engagement programs by collaborating with external agencies. · Providing support to on-ground teams for seamless execution of marketing campaigns. · Working closely with Media, Events and Digital team to ensure brand consistency at various touch-points

9. Senior Manager (Corporate Communications):

a. Educational Qualications: MBA/ Post Graduate from a recognized University/ Institution. Graduate in English Literature will be added advantage. Any specialised qualications in PR/ Corp Comms/ Journalism would be an added advantage.

b. Post Qualication Experience: 1. Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role. Exceptional candidates with relevant PR agency experience would also be considered. Experience in BFSI preferred. 2. Must have written and managed at least 10 large format stories.

b. Post Qualication Experience: 1. Minimum 5 years of work experience in events and sponsorship, preferably on the client side. Exceptional candidates with relevant event agency experience are also encouraged to apply. Experience in a similar role either in BFSI/ Technology/ Companies or top event agencies. 2. Must have managed at least 3 large format events. Experience of implementation experience in multiple geographies (within India) would be an added advantage.

11. Faculty, SBIL, Kolkata (Executive Education:

a. Educational Qualications: MBA in Marketing/ Product Development or PG diploma in Marketing & related eld from Top Indian/ International ‘B’ school. Preference will be given to those having Ph.D from Top Indian University or Top Indian/ International ‘B’ school with prior teaching experience. Preference will be given to those having teaching experience in marketing at Business Schools or as Faculty elsewhere. Preference to those having additional relevant qualications and certications in respective domains. Minimum percentage of marks: 55% or equivalent grade.

b. Post Qualication Experience:Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in institutions like IIMs, XLRI, ASCI ISB, IIBF, NIBM and premier universities like Delhi University, Madras University, Calcutta University, JNU etc. Those having proven experience both in training and industry.

c. Job Profile: Responsible for · Job Profle: The selected candidate will actively participate in and contribute to training activity at the institute as under: · Developing the leadership capabilities of the Top/ Senior Executives of the Bank/ other Banks and FIs who will be coming to SBIL for training.

12. Faculty, SBICRM, Gurugram, Haryana (Credit/Risk Management/ International Banking):

a. Educational Qualications: 1. Post Graduation in Banking & Finance from Top Indian/ International Business Schools. OR 2. Ph.D from TOP Indian/ International Universities/ Business School in Corporate Credit/ Risk Management/ International Banking in Banks

b. Post Qualication Experience: 1) 5 year’s experience as teacher in required domain in institution of repute. 2) Preference would be given to those who have presented research papers related to Financial Markets, Risk Managements, Financial Analysis, Macro economic problems etc., Corporate Finance, International Banking etc.

13. Marketing Executive SBIL Kolkata:

a. Educational Qualications: MBA or 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in Management after Graduation from reputed Indian/ International ‘B’ Schools. Preference will be given to those having MBA/PGDM in the discipline of marketing with experience in marketing of Executive Education Programmes. Minimum percentage of marks: 55% Preference for those having additional qualication/ certications in marketing discipline

b. Post Qualication Experience: 1Minimum 5 year’s experience in marketing with a minimum of 2 years in marketing of Executive Education programmes in any reputed institutions like CRISIL, CARE, BWR, SMERA, ISB, IIBF etc. engaged in providing training and education to outsiders. Specc skill required: Proactive with exceptional abilities in marketing of services and strong communication skills

Age: 25 – 50 years
