Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) Training Schools (OCES /DGFS-2014) , invites for BARC Recruitment 2014 for filling up the application form for various vacancies. Eligibility Criteria :

• Age limit :

1. For  General candidates age is necessary  (26) Twenty-six years.

2. For OBC candidate age is necessary (29) Twenty-Nine year.

3. For SC/ST candidate age is necessary (31) thirty-one year.

 

• Educational Qualification :

1. For Engineering Disciplines : Candidate must possess B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc (Engineering) / A.M.I.E. / A.M.I.E.T.E./A.M.I.I.Ch.E. with a minimum of 60%* aggregate marks in one of the engineering disciplines mentioned.

2. For Physics Discipline : Candidate must possess M.Sc. in Physics / Applied Physics or B.E. / B.Tech. in Engineering Physics with a minimum of 60%* aggregate marks. M.Sc. applicants should have Physics and Mathematics up to B.Sc. or at subsidiary and / or ancillary level in case of five year integrated M.Sc., with a minimum of 60%* aggregate marks in M.Sc. as well as in B.Sc.

3. For Chemistry Discipline : Candidate must possessM.Sc. in Chemistry with Physics up to B.Sc. or at subsidiary and / or ancillary level in case of five year integrated M.Sc. and Mathematics up to Std. XII, with minimum of 60% aggregate marks in M.Sc. as well as in B.Sc.

4. For Bio Science Discipline : Candidate must possess M.Sc. in Agriculture Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology,Biotechnology, Genetics, Botany, Zoology, Plant Science, Plant Breeding, Plant Pathology, Entomology, Food Technology, Animal Science, Life Sciences and Bio sciences with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks;

or

B.E./ B.Tech. / B.Sc.(Tech) only in Food Technology with minimum of 60% aggregate marks. M.Sc. applicants should have Physics or Chemistry or Biochemistry or Agriculture Chemistry at the B.Sc. stage or at subsidiary and / or ancillary level in case of five year integrated M.Sc. with minimum of 60% aggregate marks in M.Sc. as well as in B.Sc.

5. For Radiological Safety Engineering : Candidate must possess M.Sc. in Physics or Chemistry with Physics and Chemistry up to B.Sc. or at subsidiary and / or ancillary level in case of integrated M.Sc., and Mathematics up to Std. XII, with minimum of 60%* aggregate marks in M. Sc. as well as in B. Sc.. Those having M.Sc. in Environmental Science are not eligible.

6. For Geology Discipline : Candidate must  possess M.Sc. or equivalent M.Tech. in Geology / Applied Geology / Applied Geochemistry with Geology at B. Sc. and at least two subjects out of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry up to B.Sc. or at subsidiary and / or ancillary level in case of five year integrated M.Sc., with minimum of 60% aggregate marks in M.Sc. / M.Tech. as well as in B.Sc. Eligible candidates must have passed Mathematics at 10+2 level.

7. For Geophysics Discipline : Candidate must possess M.Sc. in Geophysics / Applied Geophysics with Mathematics up to B.Sc. or at subsidiary and / or ancillary level in case of five year integrated M.Sc., with a min of 60% aggregate marks in M.Sc. as well as in B.Sc.

 

• Selection Process :

1. Selection will be made on the basis of personal interview.

2. Candidate will be selected for interview by two methods-

>> Online Test
>> GATE Score

 

• Application Fee :

1. General & OBC Candidates will necessary to pay Rs. (Two-hundred fifty ) 250 Only.

2. SC/ST/ PWD candidates are not require to pay any fee.

 

• How to Apply :

1. Candidate should be registered on official web-site of  BARC.

2. Candidate should enter all the information correct in the application form.

 

Important Dates :

• 1. Starting Date to online registration is 15-01-2014.

• 2. Last Date to online registration is 14-02-2014 .

• 3. Last Date to update GATE score is 28-03-2014 .

• 4. Date for online examination is 19 to 24 March,2014.

• 5. Display the list of short listed interview is second week of April,2014.

• 6.Last date for Selected OCES-2014 Candidates desirous of DGFS to give details of M.Tech/M.Chem. Engg admission in a DGFS institute is 04-07-2014.

• 7. Declaration of list of Persons Selected for DGFS-2014 is second week of July,2014.
